Welcome to Virtorent Learning. By accessing or purchasing our online courses in game design, game development, and storytelling, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enrol in our courses. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Course Access

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content. This includes materials on game mechanics, balance, narrative design, reward systems, level design, and prototype development.

Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, texts, exercises, and frameworks — is the exclusive property of Virtorent Learning. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account credentials, record course sessions, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update course content, pricing, and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

At Virtorent Learning, we stand behind the quality of our courses in game design, game mechanics, storytelling, and development. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund terms.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course content. This applies to all courses including Fundamentals of Game Design, Concept & Prototype Development, Storytelling for Games, and Reward & Challenge Systems.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if more than 14 days have passed since purchase, if more than 20% of the course has been completed, or if the course was purchased during a promotional sale with explicit no-refund terms.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
